ADAPT Housing is a Queensland and New South Wales based specialist disability housing provider, offering solutions on a national scale. ADAPT is an innovative housing provider developing new build Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for participants on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). They have established a strong presence in the disability sector, working closely on a national level with care providers and support services. Currently ADAPT is working with over 40 support service providers to help maximise tenancy procurement and peace of mind accommodation for participants. SDA Conferences and Events – partner to NDISLINK Events and Conferences, is a National Information, Network and Events organisation, part of Jazcorp’s umbrella organisation.
Under the NDISDA Network Membership, both information and event organisations work closely with local governments, industry experts, bodies and providers across Australia and host Seminars, Workshops, Conferences and Networking events in each State. NDIS Registered Providers, SDA Providers, SIL Providers, Property Developers, and stakeholders can remain regularly updated, educated, connected and informed at all events.
Seminar and conference programs are carefully researched and designed to meet the needs of Participants, SDA providers and stakeholders where delegates can safely address real issues and challenges and experiences can be heard. Professionals at these events can also form new business relationships and walk away better equipped in decision-making processes.

Aruma launched in 2019 after a rebranding of House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation – two great organisations with over 100 years of combined experience. Aruma supports over 5,000 customers throughout Eastern Australia in both metro and regional centres. They specialise in many different disability services including Home and Living supports covering SIL (Supported Independent Living), SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation), ILO (Independent Living Options) and shared support. The majority of Aruma’s customers have intellectual disabilities and global and spectrum disorders but they work with anyone with a disability they feel they can best help. Although they manage some of their own SDA properties, Aruma primarily collaborate with other Housing Providers for SDA for their customers.

OTuition offer self-paced, online courses that support allied health professionals working in the NDIS space to build their knowledge and further support participants. OTuition was created by Optimal Living Therapy to facilitate industry-wide collaborative learning, to provide access to high-quality learning on demand, and provide the opportunity to be taught by industry leaders. Optimal Living Therapy is a registered NDIS provider for Occupational Therapy and their other key areas of expertise are providing consultation, eligibility assessments and certifications for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

The Housing Hub is a way for people with disability to find suitable housing. Advertising properties from a range of housing providers, the Housing Hub covers all of Australia. Properties listed by housing providers may include existing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), new SDA builds, non-SDA supported accommodation, private rental and properties for sale. The Housing Hub was created by the Summer Foundation as a pilot project in 2017 with funding from the Department of Social Services (DSS) Sector Development Fund. As well as connecting housing seekers with suitable housing, the Housing Hub plays an essential role in capturing the sorts of housing people are seeking, so that information about housing demand can be provided to the government and developers, leading to more accessible housing builds.
